Established in 1997, Bigotti has expanded its presence with numerous stores across Romania, including prime locations in Bucharest and major cities.
Challenge
Bigotti offers a premium in-store experience that customers highly value. However, their online presence fell short of delivering the same elevated standard, creating a disconnect between the physical and digital brand experience.
