For Workflow, the main challenge in scaling was maintaining a seamless user experience as the platform expanded to support larger teams and more complex project management needs.

As the app grew, onboarding new users with varying skill levels became increasingly difficult. It was essential to ensure that new users could quickly understand and adopt advanced features without feeling overwhelmed. With the introduction of new features, the risk of feature overload also became a significant issue.

To address these challenges, we focused on simplifying Workflow’s user experience while ensuring the platform could scale effectively.

To tackle feature overload, we reorganized the interface, introducing modular design elements that allowed users to personalize their workspace while keeping the core experience streamlined.

We also implemented a system for gradual feature rollout, allowing teams to enable and explore advanced tools at their own pace without disrupting their existing workflows.
