Challenge
When Autone, an ambitious startup with a high-impact business idea in supply chain optimization, approached us, they had a clear vision: to help retailers optimize inventory, reduce waste, and increase sales using AI-powered inventory management.
Their app had demonstrated potential, but as they prepared for global expansion, they needed a more scalable, user-friendly, and efficient platform.
The original interface presented some usability challenges, making it less intuitive for users to navigate complex inventory workflows with ease. As a result, some users required more effort to fully adopt the platform’s capabilities, slowing down its potential impact.
Solution
To support Autone’s global growth, we focused on simplifying workflows, optimizing automation, and creating a scalable design system that allows for seamless future expansions.
Results
The improvements we introduced transformed Autone from an MVP into a fully scalable, user-friendly inventory optimization solution.
The redesigned experience delivered tangible business benefits, helping users save time, reduce errors, and improve operational efficiency.
- Faster decision-making: Clearer dashboards and real-time inventory tracking enabled warehouse managers to adjust stock levels instantly.
- Higher customer retention: The improved UX resulted in fewer abandoned workflows, increasing user engagement and long-term retention.
- Greater scalability: The new design system made feature development 30% more efficient, allowing Autone to expand seamlessly.
